Why I run it this way.
I've spent my career inside ad accounts and growth teams, managing over $60M in spend across more than 18 channels, from Meta and Google to CTV, Amazon, podcasts, and AI search. I've watched budgets of every size get wasted in the same few ways, and I've learned what actually moves a number.
I started Work Explosion because the agency model quietly stopped serving the people it was built for. Owners get sold by a partner and handed to a trainee. Reports get longer as results get thinner. I keep the client list short on purpose, so every account gets the operator, not the org chart.
